How non-executive roles helped two young women move up

Taking her first non-executive directorship at the age of 34, Elizabeth Passey, a former managing director at Morgan Stanley, is now an NED on eight private and charity boards. Her first non-executive position was with the Morgan Stanley International Foundation; her current roles range from working for investment firm J Stern & Co to the Zoological Society of London (ZSL). She says her non-exec roles have given her unrivalled “breadth of experience, richness and enjoyment”.
