The Consumer Analyst Group of Europe (CAGE) conference is the leading European independent annual conference on consumer goods companies that took place last month in London. During the space of three days the managements of 26 companies presented outlook and upcoming strategies for their businesses, whilst numerous consultants and industry experts provided their own insights into major trends for the industry. These discussions always provide important insights into important ideas and trends. Their evolution through the years serves as a shifting spotlight on the themes that most dominate the industry over time.
