Since joining the Firm in 2022, as an Operations Associate, Carlos has played an integral role in the department helping to ensure the smooth running of operations, supporting and enhancing middle- and back-office functions, and leading the development of an internal platform that improves automation across the business. As the primary point of contact for the Portfolio Management System, he manages its ongoing evolution to increase operational efficiency. Carlos is also a key contributor to the firm’s implementation of the Global Investment Performance Standards. A Spanish national, he holds an MSc in International Business from Pompeu Fabra University and a BSc in Economics from the Public University of Navarre.
