Christian Picot

Principal

Mr. Picot is a Principal at J. Stern & Co. and is responsible for the Firm’s strategic business development initiatives in North America. He has over 35 years of investment experience in public securities.

Prior to joining J. Stern & Co. in 2023, Christian Picot served on the management committee of Stewart Asset Management, a concentrated long-only equity manager. From 2004 to 2018, Christian was a Portfolio Manager with alternative fund managers Alexandra and Odyssey. Prior to his experience in the investment fund industry, he held key global management positions in the investment banking activities of Credit Lyonnais and Paribas.

Mr. Picot earned his MBA from NYU Stern and his Agricultural Economics degree from Purdue University. His free time is dedicated to serving as Trustee of the Rogers Memorial library and Southampton’s Planning Commission on Long Island, as well as many outdoor activities.
